This location has excellent customer service and it's appreciated. I had saw a sale online and items in stock at Farr West. I went to the store to purchase my product and the team member priced match my items. In a different time I had returns I needed and a different person was requested to validate something, well to not cause delay the team member made a decision to speed up both our times considering a line was now forming. In each experience they were friendly, knowledgeable and it was appreciated that the staff was empowered to make decisions independently.

Went to buy a cooler today it was the only grey one I did not want white. And the thing had been used and returned it was dirty from people letting the water out scruff marks and lid was filthy. I went up to the register and the lady would not give me a discount so I left it there. I'm not paying full price for something used. Watch what you buy from here they just put new tags on and call it new nleven if it is used

I needed a little bit of metal polish and some other things so I thought they might have it. I found everything except the metal polish and Rodney help me search nearly the entire store until we found it. I know it was a bit of an inconvenience for him but he was so nice about it. So thank you for helping me get everything I needed in such a kind way
